Stepping from the shadows

Electabuzz. Now a rare sight, as they have nearly gone extinct. They were hunted thoroughly by poachers for their skins and antenna. They became a protected species a few years ago and are now their numbers are watched carefully. They live in jungles and open grasslands and have a unique way of hunting. They will sneak up on their unsuspecting prey until they are at a good distance to stun them with a nonlethal electrical field that is effective at a distance. The Electabuzz will then give chase, and sink their fangs into the victim's neck, holding them still long enough to give the finishing electrical shock of nearly 10'000 volts, overloading the victim's nervous system and inducing instant death.
